Townsend, you have great content here. Keep up the good work. My 2 cents on job hunting..It's a HUNT! Target companies and positions you want, EVEN if the position is filled. Take the job away from someone who is overpriced for today's market. Show how you will add more value for less money. It's a Depression, only looking for a job opening is a technique from a by gone era.

Start from the top down, no the bottom up. The CEO is the top, Monster/Craigs List/ HR is the bottom..
